Brad brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the William-Thomas Group. Brad began his waste and recycling career in 1982 at Rumpke Consolidated Companies, Inc., holding various positions from portable restroom manager to regional sales manager. Since the William-Thomas Group’s inception in 2003, Brad has served as the business unit manager. Under his direction, he has grown the William-Thomas group from a trash management provider to a total sustainability solutions provider.

Jason Cozad

Total Waste Management Program Manager

“I like to challenge the norm and bring out-of-the-box ideas to sustainability solutions.”

As a program manager, Jason helps companies like Kroger, Navistar and DP&L develop sustainable waste solutions that decrease the amount of waste sent to the landfill and benefits the company’s bottom line.  A graduate of Bluffton University and Indiana Wesleyan University, Jason holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Ian Murden

Vendor Relations Coordinator

“I genuinely care about your business.”

Ian works directly with the William-Thomas Group’s extensive network of waste and recycling companies, better known as the Haul Pass Network. Ian joined the William-Thomas Group in 2007, and since becoming the Vendor Relations Coordinator in 2012, Ian has been charged with adding new haulers to the network that can properly dispose or recycle different types of waste streams.

Shawn Meadows

National Sales Manager

“I’m always looking for innovative solutions that are both environmentally friendly and economically beneficial.”

Shawn is a 22-year veteran of the waste industry. Since joining the William-Thomas Group in 2003, Shawn works with companies across the United States to develop cost effective waste and recycling programs. Despite traveling throughout the United States to meet with his clients, Shawn’s allegiance remains to the Buckeye State and his college, The Ohio State University.

Denise Sonntag

Customer Service Manager

Denise oversees the William-Thomas Group’s professional customer care center. With more than 20 years experience in customer service, Denise ensures that all WTG customers are treated with the respect and service they have come to expect and deserve.
